"Got a bumper scratch. Not a lot of damage but, high end car, so expected a pricy fix. Took it to the dealership. Seriously, the car is fixed and two months later I’m still waiting on the estimate from the dealerships body shop. I went to the “big” body shop in town and quoted over $7000 with a three month wait. Took it to Advanced on a friends recommendation and they got it in and done on time (in a week) and at quoted price of $1300. Less than 1/5th of the previous quote. Looks perfect. Family business. They are super friendly and do great work. A car is a big investment and you don’t want to give it to just anyone. You can’t go wrong here."

"Had a terrible experience with his body shop. They painted our Lexus and did sub par work. Mismatched paint, sanded the doors and never polished where they sanded, they left cutting compound all in the seams and the trim did not clean up after themselves and did not re-install the badge on the car. Trying to get in touch with them to get their work finished up has been a nightmare. They don’t answer their phones And they don’t make any effort to resolve the problems they have created. If you go in person to let them know it’s clear they are unorganized and unprofessional."
