"They are good and kind all the time"
"Run! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Have a 6-month warranty on the motor provided by R&R. Had the car less than 2 months motor goes out R&R gets possession of the car but will not honor the warranty. The car has been sitting on the lot since May it is now the end of July. No motor replacement. I have video of me asking where is the motor being shipped from, what is the shipment date that the motor is to arrive. The person at the desk continues to tell me that they do not know where the motor is being shipped from nor do they have a date however I have been told continuously that the motor would be coming in every week. They refuse to give me any information and will barely answer the phone when I call so I always have to go up there"

"Worst place ever! Never give receipts or show you the replaced parts. They good to take your money and hold your vehicle for a month. Do not take your car here. His business account bounced when he was working on my vehicle and then came to me for money so he could take care of his carelessness. Bad, bad place!"
