"After sitting there for an hour the manager came out and apologized and said the part had been returned because it took me so long to come in ( my bad...over a month), they reordered the part and when it came in, they came downtown and picked my vehicle up, put the part on and then delivered my vehicle back to me (they did offer a loaner car, but I didn't need it). I feel they really wanted to make up for my lost time and they really did go above and beyond."

"I went for oil change and tire rotation. They discovered the battery wasn’t charging and tried to charge it and retested it before recommending a replacement. They always do a thorough inspection and keep me updated."

"The staff here is incredibly helpful. We broke down on a road trip and had to have our car towed here. Everyone was genuinely nice and made sure we had what we needed while our car was being repaired. Everyone was amazing!"

"Everyone here is very nice and helpful, I give them that. But we made an appointment at 10:30 and it still took 2 hours. We got there and they said an hour and 40 min. I guess I don't understand the point of making an appointment if it's still going to take 2 hours for an oil change. Our car sat in the lot for 30 minutes and no one even told us it was done. Just an FYI for anyone taking their vehicle here, expect to wait a very long time."

"They are always super nice and thorough with my vehicle. I had to get a courtesy car and they had to order a part that's under warranty. Dropped off my vehicle and had the loaner in about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Called me about the part after I had been home for only about 10 minutes and told me to hold onto the car until my vehicle was fixed."
