"I went to pick my car up this morning and wasn’t sure if was going to be able to take my car home. The bill was more than I could afford, so I called my adjuster to ask questions, but no answer. The manager was incredibly helpful and immediately called my adjuster’s company. They hadn’t sent a final check yet, which is on the way, and he gave me a much smaller bill to pay. "I have a 2010 F150 King Ranch pickup. The tailgate latch was difficult to open and I had to yank on the handle several times before it would open. Crain Ford told me it required replacement to the tune of $520. I called Golden to ask if it could be adjusted and they asked me to bring it in. One of their techs came out immediately upon arrival and went back in for a can of penetrating oil. Sprayed the latches on both sides and told me to let it sit for a little while. Works perfectly now and didn't charge me a dime. Very friendly and HONEST."

An animal ran out in front of me about a month ago and they did me a courtesy and pulled out the small dent in the bottom of my plastic bumper. I have a 2022 Honda Accord sport.
