"Misprinted my health plan on my paperwork for a prescription that i picked up. when i asked about why it was incorrect the staff and manager basically lied and hand wrote the correction. They wouldn't bother to reprint with correct information even after i provided my insurance card, nor did they provided a reasonable explanation as to why it was. Very suspicious practice ,unprofessional and dishonest staff and managers. Definitely tampering with patient information."

"Went to come on Monday for seven prescriptions. Didn’t have all of them and said they would have later that night. Did you not get them? They said they be here on Thursday and we are trying to check if they’re here. Note these are common drugs that are used And should not be out . The biggest problem is I can’t get a hold of me at the pharmacy. No one will answer the phone been trying since noon is now 7 o’clock almost. I am coming out of the hospital after 21 days stay and I need my medication. I’m surprised they couldn’t direct me to another cub. This is not the first time I’ve had this problem with cub in Buffalo. I guess I need to go to Walgreens"

"I've been using this Cub Pharmacy for over 5 years and I am always treated very well. Todd and Atticus have even called me at home if there is a delay or problem with a Rx or refill. Since I am almost 80 I usually go the day after they say it is ready or call to make sure. I love this pharm and easy to get to. Thank you pharmacy techs!!!!!"

"The first issue was the girl not reading the prescription and taking it to get filled. The second was when i went back the next day and was told 45 minutes to fill it. Then i was told maybe another 15 to 20 minutes. Then another 10 minutes. People please properly train your staff and staff your pharmacy. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I don't care that the pharmacists are giving vaccinations. After surgery pain medication should not take 2 trips and over 2 hours to get filled. I will never use this pharmacy again."
