"Bought a truck from superior in Conway (do NOT recommend)on 12/31/20 and on the drive home noticed the heater didn’t work. Took it in to them a few days later and they quoted me $1700 because it was “as is”. Could not afford that so fast forward 2 years and took it to B&B. $250 and heat works great! Air stopped blowing cold they fixed without gouging. Warning light about coolant low but it’s not and they said it’s the sensor and doesn’t need to be fixed unless we want to. They do not try to just make money off their customers. They care about the people behind the vehicles and are honest and fair! Highly recommend!"

"Businesses thrive on customer service, product delivery, and communication. B&B offers a great product delivery, but their communication and customer service needs work. I called them on a Tuesday to follow-up on an engine replacement. I was told they had the engine in and would start on it. I called back Friday for an update and found out it hadn't been even started yet. He failed to mention they were behind. This shop has a sign on the wall stating they charge a card fee. When I went to pay for the engine, which has to be paid prior to ordering, I inquired about the sign saying if he was going to charge it I would come back with cash. He said don't worry about it. When I went to pay for the truck and get it back I paid with a card again. He ended up charging me a fee for not just all the work, but the engine he told me not to worry about. When I questioned him on it all he could, say was the sign is on the wall. After being told when paying for the engine not to worry about it I had no reason to believe I would be charged the fee at all. So if you want someone who will do a good job, by all means come here, but know that it will be your responsibility to find out what's going on."

They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done right the first time. You will also be hard pressed to beat their prices. "Great place for all of your automotive needs! They resurfaced rotors for me years ago, and recently I was in a hurry to get some done. I took some in to one of the major parts retailers that turns rotors, and they completely messed up my rotors. B&B Auto was able to fix the damages from the previous place. They were very professional and friendly as well. I had a few questions before and after the service, and they took the time to explain to me the process behind rotor resurfacing.
