"DO NOT take your foreign car here for repair. After 5 days and $3000 spent here my car had a bigger problem than I brought it in with. When I went to pick my car up and assumed everything was completed they notified me of a third issue which I believe was their fault. They tried to then charge me $800 more to fix the "new" problem and suggested I not drive the car home and leave it there for even longer so they could address. I dropped my car off with them on a Wednesday morning for an oil leak that I didnt realize I had until I took it in for an oil change. There was no visible leaking on the ground at this point. It was not ready to be picked up until Monday afternoon of the following week. I had to contact them for status because they had not reached out with any update. In our initial conversation they said I might have to leave it overnight. When I got my car home oil was leaking horribly and the car smelled of burning oil and exhaust. I strongly suggest using Skips Automotive instead. He quickly fixed the oil leak for $400 that they tried charging me $800 for on top of the thousands they charged for NOT fixing the problem and essentially creating a worse problem. Riverdale was very unreliable, unprofessional, non responsive and extremely overpriced for the quality of work they provided. I was extremely disappointed with them and would never take my vehicle to them again. Complete waste of time and money."
