"Purchased a 2013 wrangler on fathers day last year. Within 2 days had major issues with the vehicle leaking fluids and rust everywhere inside and out. Tried to resolve issue with the manager and he told me there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle and nothing he could do for me. I should have had someone look for me but thankfully their website said the vehicle was in near perfect condition and all I had to do was send the undercarriage/leak pics and website pics/description and Wells Fargo pulled the loan from them. Within 3 hours of being told there’s nothing they could do for me they called and wanted to take the vehicle back ASAP. If you deal with shady people from here, call your bank immediately. This was the sales floor manager not just the sales rep."
