"The staff showed up 45 minutes after the branch was supposed to open. Did not even apologize for being so incredibly late. They proceeded to have an attitude during the entire process of switching the vehicles out. This woman would be better off flipping burgers at McDonald’s than customer facing at Enterprise. DO NOT COME HERE"

"My wife Reserved a car through enterprise and was told it would be available at 3pm. Wife went by there and the lady working location was rude and told my wife she didn’t know what she was talking about. Even though we had a reservation number and all confirming reservation. Had to go through Texarkana branch who was much more helpful than Magnolia. If you don’t like your job quit. You don’t need to be working in this profession dealing with customers with a hateful attitude and judging by other reviewers seems to be an issue at this location"

"Rudest branch. At least the El Dorado one just doesn’t pick up… this one is rude from the moment you get on the phone. I will never do business with them and I don’t recommend doing business with them. It’s one thing to be short staffed… that I 100% get… my problem is when I ask for a time frame- because I have children and I have had this appointment booked for over a week- you don’t have to have an attitude especially when I didn’t cop one with you. This whole experience seems disorganized even with a reservation. I’m booked for the el dorado location but they moved all their people to the magnolia location and so now the customers are the ones in the lurch. Feel bad for the staff. But still doesn’t mean you need to have an attitude. And the customer service representative tried to tell me I didn’t do my due diligence by calling and I did- all last Friday- no one would pick up the phone in addition to be transferred to the nearest branch and them not answering. I’ll be additionally leaving a review on el dorado and other platforms because point blank- I don’t think these particular branches now how to handle customer service and they need to be schooled on it. I don’t want anything free or upgraded. Just a reasonable time frame. Literally that’s all I asked for- and I was basically treated like scum. I’m sure enterprise has programs that can help their customer service problem… it’s not a short staffing problem- they most definitely have that problem as well, but it’s being able to handle a situation in a suitable manor instead of being rude and having an attitude. Key elements to take from this: they don’t take responsibility for their own actions. They are rude. And lastly don’t book an appointment and expecting it to be there on time. Booking an appointment does absolutely nothing. God forbid, you have a job."

"I’ve rented through Enterprise-Magnolia, AR quite a few times and each time I always have a great experience. Cars are clean and well kept. Dwayne is a pretty awesome rep! Always sociable and personable! If you ever experience the location out of cars, that just confirms this location has the best service; everyone experience great customer service, well maintained vehicles, and make referrals to this location! So you will need to plan and book ASAP!"
