"Ordered twin beds for my daughters when we moved back home during the Pandemic. I didn't order it from amazon or a big box store so we could try and keep our money local. We picked two white twin size beds; simple frames. They were delivered...wrong color. We accepted them as our preferred color was out of stock...again trying to help our local vendors. One of the frames was defective and broke under the weight of my 28lb and 35lb daughters within days. That was in December. I've been waiting 4 months for an adequate response from Mark and the best response I've gotten is a monthly "sorry." I requested half my money returned so i can just walk away... but that was also declined with a "sorry". No, Mark, I'm sorry that i tried to support a local business just to be burned for being polite. I'm not sure if you're aware but i can just recant the purchase through my credit card... i was just giving you the option of retaining a customer. Super unprofessional and customer service that isn't BAD, but it's definitely not productive."

I ordered furniture for my den from them, I picked the style I wanted, and the materials. I always feel like I got a good deal. I have never been disappointed in the products or the service!
