"Sold them old washer and dryer. Was easy and fast"
"Good and bad, Roger who works for this company is awesome and can fix your appliance. My story is I decided to replace my dryer based on Rogers recommendation. The dryer that was delivered was filthy. I mean filthy. I started to clean the barrel to start with and it just got worse from there. I decided to return it and chose to buy a new one elsewhere. Another person came to my home alone to pick the dryer. I don't remember his name but he did say this is not his job to pick up dryers. He lost control of the dryer going down the ramp and damaged 2 of my steps. The dryer fell. I asked the company to reimburse me for the dryer, this was 2 weeks ago. They did not do it. I called today and they did finally give me my money back. But as I was letting the lady on the phone know about the damage done she did not acknowledge me, instead he she cut me off and said she need to tend to another customer. I'm the customer she just blew off. I will not be doing business with this place any longer. Wow! So disappointed. She just needed to treat me with kindness and respect."
"Can we give ZERO stars?? Purchased a refrigerator for my garage in May. It stopped working within a month. Lost all my frozen foods. Called to get it checked out. Was told someone would come look on the following Monday first thing. No one showed. Received a call later on Monday to reschedule for Tuesday. Again, no one showed. I called an hour after time quoted. A guy answered and said that my name had "rescheduled" next to it but it didn't say when. He said he would come then. He showed up about 20 mins later. He said it was not repairable and to come to the store for a refund or exchange. I went the next day and had an exchange pushed on me. I was hesitant but allowed it. Restocked with ice cream, meats, etc..this was mid July..a month and a half later I discovered it stopped working. Again everything was ruined in the freezer. I called. It was a Saturday so I left a message. No call back..I called again the next week. No answer. Couldn't leave a message because box was full. I called again and was told Shirley would have to call me back. I gave her 2 weeks, no call. I went into the store to discuss. Shirley was not there. Lady that said Shirley would call me was there. Said Shirley would be back the next day. I got busy with stuff and didn't make it back up there the next day. I called this last Monday. Was told Shirley was not available. I called back again and was placed on hold. The phone ended up hanging up on me. I called a 3rd time and Shirley answered. I said I need to schedule for a pickup of the refrigerator. She said first thing Tuesday morning, about 11. I said ok. She then said between 10 and 1. I said ok. She said someone would call 30 mins before. I said ok. She verified my phone number and address. End of call. Today..no call, no show..I called at 1:23 to find out why. A guy answered and said they were running behind but he could have someone over in 10 mins. 1:50 two guys show up. Load up the refrigerator and drive off. I drove up to the store. I walk in. Shirley asked how she can help me. I said I'm here for a refund. She said "refund"? I said for the refrigerator you just picked up. She said "oh, I requested that yesterday after we talked. I told you yesterday it would be mailed to you from corporate". I told her she never told me anything about a refund. She argued then said, "Oh ok I didn't tell you".. she then repeated it was being mailed. I said I would be back if it doesn't show up. She said "ok you do that miss priss". I walked away. I then posted on social media a warning to the public about how poor their business is handled. She then calls and leaves me a voicemail that she is enforcing the no refund thanks to my post. Proving she wasn't sending me a refund and it wasn't "already in the mail". DO NOT USE LEVELUP APPLIANCES!!!"
"Bought a refrigerator from them and not even 5 months later it stopped working. I have over $500 food loss.. they sent out a repair tech for 5 minutes who did not communicate with me whatsoever and just left. I had to text him and call the store to get the repair status. They said it was unrepairable, offered me no solution but to simply spend another several hundred dollars with them to gamble on another shoddy appliance... When i was unhappy with that (un)solution, they then told me "what do I expect when I pay $400 for a refrigerator". They literally implied I was stupid for TRUSTING THEM. The male owner with whom I bought the refrigerator assured me during the sale that "because it was an older model and has been completely refurbished, it will run a long time.." Then the two women managing the situation today (2nd owner & repair manager) both got on the call and began talking at the same time, rendering them both completely unintelligible. This business is not only unprofessional but ultra scammy. BUYER BEWARE"
"I hired Level Up to replace the water pump on my washing machine. Their price on the service and part seemed fair. After the service was finished, I noticed that the seal seemed a little off kilter and called them about it. It later started leaking. After waiting for a couple of days and being told that someone would get to it when they were able, I broke the machine down myself. After purchasing some tools and attempting to put it back together (we were down for 2 weeks at this point), I noticed that the suspension spring was attached to the power cable on the inside of the unit. This not only caused the boot gasket to not fit, but also caused the water sensor to think that the unit had more clothes than it did and thus it overflowed. It risked the overall life of my machine and the nasty mix of potential electricity and water is a pretty major fire hazard. I reset the spring in the appropriate spot myself and the boot fit perfectly, the washer no longer leaked or had issues. I called and let the Level Up know, they stated that it was possible that the clip popped out and then landed on the power cable, which still partially suspended the drum. Based on the location, this seems far fetched to me. I've attached pictures for reference so that you can make your own decision before hiring them. The second picture is of the opposite spring, showing where it should be located. I did appreciate that they offered to refund a portion of the service fee, though it does not cover the entire cost of hours and tools that I spent to repair the unit on my own. Not a great experience."
