"I don't waste time posting negative reviews. (Do no harm) But, this place just really asked for it. Stopped at the Foley location and found it closed and moved to Milaca. No big deal, just 15 up the road. I get to Milaca, pull up in front of the building and am confused. There are Foley Lumber trucks and trailers, however the facade says Milaca Building Supply. Still, no big deal. I quickly realize that they are in a transitional period. I figure that I've come this far, I might as well see if I can get the siding boards that I need. I walk inside and there is no front desk. I did see a few employees but it almost seemed like they were avoiding human contact. So, I just started walking around opening doors. I figured I would find somebody to help me. Wrong! I opened one door and there was an employee meeting going on probably 20 employees. I close the door and walked out to the lot. I walked the lot for 15 to 20 minutes. I saw several employees, no one stopped me, asked me if I needed help or even ask who I was. I eventually stopped a young woman (employee). I told her what I needed and that I couldn't find anyone to help me. She just blew me off. I'm quoting her, "I'm sure if you go back inside you can find someone to talk to". She is lucky! A man talks down to me like that, he's going to be picking his teeth off the ground! I left. Went to Menard's and spent $2000 on siding. I understand that you are going through a transition. Moving business location. I'm sure it is a monumental task. If you are not ready for the general public, keep your doors and gates closed. Or, at least get some security to control access. You lost a customer today."
