"Tom Emrich in Spirit Lake did a wonderful job putting this project together for us, on time, on estimate. Greg Neff of Ames and Rico did an amazing job on the 100 year old Douglas Fir floors (~ 1000 SF), 2 1/2 days of sanding & screening (no dust from the process anywhere), 1 1/2 days applying 2 coats of oil-based polyurethane, 2 days of curing.
