"Updating this review because either management changed or quit caring. The floors are sticky. I feel like a rat on a glue trap. The drive through will be backed up and inside is no better. You will stand at the counter without getting waited on for 5 minutes or more. Product selection runs out. Not just donuts as mentioned below, sparkling water, straws, etc. Every time I've gone since the initial review something had gone downhill. We have changed our treat days to sonic because in this economy if I'm going to splurge its going to be someplace clean and adequately stocked. Don't expect there to be donuts all day because this location stays adequately busy throughout the day."

"i got the pink velvet macchiato and it tasted like nail polish remover. the service was not great, had a mobile order and when i was telling them that the lady interrupted me and said just go to the window. they were rushing me out and didn’t even talk to me, basically threw my food at me, but nobody was there so i’m confused why they were rushing me out. the employee was nice but the manager was the issue"

"Ordered 3 vanilla cream donuts and was given a total of $4.61 and $11.63 was charged on my card. The phone number is busy all the time so can't even call to have them correct. Now have to dispute with my bank. Would not use credit card. Donuts were good."

"6 glazed donuts for nearly 8 dollars! What? Over a buck a piece. And... they weren't even warm. They were cold. They sucked. I can buy a donut at Shipleys any time of the morning and they're warm every time, nit to mention you have to be gentle with them or you'll smash them because they are perfect. The last time I had a donut from dunkin was in the mid 90s, not it's today. Completely disappointed. Don't waste your time or money with these people. Go to Shipleys and buy a dozen for 10 bucks. Don't reply either, you won't convince me to come back."

"Called around looking for a dunkin that was selling the jack o lantern donuts and this was the only one in my town that had them. Lets just say im very disappointed. Do the employees really take pride in their work cause it cleary shows they do not! From now on ill just drive the 20 minutes to bryant cause the employees there actually care about customer satisfaction!!"
