"Platinum Air is the best heating and air companies I have ever employed. Wesley and Daniel the owners are highly competent and all the maintenance is of the highest quality. We have 23 units in our homes and all are running perfectly thanks to their maintenance and installation. Roy is one of their technician. I know my heating and air conditioning units will preform well after he is finished. They repaired my commercial ice maker and pool heater as well. I recommend them with 5 stars plus! "A little backstory here. In Arkadelphia, I’ve found it’s nearly impossible to find reliable technicians or contractors for anything I need done on the house. I constantly have terrible luck with HVAC service or repairs, plumbing, electricians, carpenters, etc. I get ghosted, ignored, or horrible quality work that requires I fix it myself afterwards, or call another company to fix the first companies mistakes. Platinum Air started out as one of these companies that I had to call to fix another companies shoddy work. I’ve been treated nicely, given phone calls and notifications with scheduling, and they’ve done nothing but quality work. When I didn’t fully grasp why I was having problems, they explained everything very clearly, and offered me different options on how to proceed with repairs or replacements. I didn’t have to wait three months to get on a waiting list, only to be ghosted when it came time to do the work. I was impressed with each individual that I interacted with in the company as well. Friendly techs, knowledgeable and helpful boss/owner, and overall great customer service. I only wish I were better with names so that I could specifically thank each gentleman that helped take care of the problems I’ve had with my furnace and A/C system. I have a 3,000 sq ft home, with multiple units on different levels. They were able to fix outdated venting that was no long legal, and they fabricate the ductwork themselves! They were able to replace an old furnace that no longer has parts available. They were able to install some safety systems that I desperately needed so that I didn’t have other potential house problems due to my other older units going out in the future. The best part? I didn’t feel like I was going to break the bank with the service and parts… though, they offer loan options with one of their partners if needed! Highly recommend. Use them if you need HVAC work done."

"I was a little outside the service area that Platinum Air serviced, but I was between a rock and a hard place. My LG mini split system was not producing any heat. I needed an LG certified technician to diagnose and fix my system CORRECTLY. Fortunately Daniel and his team came up with a plan to come to my residence and get this resolved. They spent the day fixing and resolving my issues. More times than not with companies nowadays you get subpar service or expertise. Platinum Air is one of those rare companies, that actually exceeded my expectations. If you need a professional, and competent company for any of your HVAC needs it would be in your best interest to give them a call. P. S. Thanks to Hunter as well he was awesome too."

"Platinum Air did an amazing job installing multiple minisplit units in my home, they were professional and payed close attention to details, even the smallest ones that I would of never seen but they were on point and did a wonderful job. "My purchase with Platinum Air has been professional and pleasant. One year after I purchased my house and determined it did not heat and cool the house well and the utility bill was extremely high for a small home. I called for a bid and they asked questions on what I was looking for and listened. I wanted to change out a low quality 4 year old inefficient electric package unit. I was looking for energy savings and a unit that really could heat and cool my house. They recommended a 2 stage unit and I chose to switch to natural gas. I have been extremely happy with my new unit. It is efficient and for the first time I have been happy with my interior temperature. 6 months after the install they called because it was time for the fall season service and it was included when they installed the unit. I didn’t have to call them. These guys are great!!"
