Little Caesars Pizza

"Called ahead for an order they told me 10 to 15 minutes I had to drive 20 minutes to get there. Then they said another 10 to 15 minutes once I was there waited and went in again and was told another 10 to 15 minutes this happened three times ridiculous. If you’re busy then just say it’s a 45 minute an hour wait and I wouldn’t have ordered the pizza and drove 20 minutes. There in 20 minutes back. I don’t know what was going on, but this was ridiculous I got a refund and left but had to wait 10mins for that !!"

"After trying to order online for over a hour and a half, then called upon an employee, who then called upon the manager who had a hard time as well. Finally after getting the code to go through, $1.86 was graciously taken off. After I expressed my frustration with trying to order for so long, he shared his excitement of figuring it out and hung up. I guess this out of state guest who visits the Cabot/Austin area a lot, won't be doing business here anymore."

"went here for a quick meal for the kids after they spent the day at the park. the lady at the window was awful. I asked her for two pizzas, she rang me up and charged me for 1 and then made me wait 20 minutes out front for a CHEESE. I had to go in and ask and then she asked “if I was ready to get it” after telling me she would bring it to me when ready. I ordered another pizza since she clearly didn’t hear me the first time and again she made me wait ANOTHER 15 minutes. but she never informed me, I heard her yelling it back to the kitchen staff who were rude too. no infomation given during my order or communication, and the entire staff was rude to not only customers but eachother."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. I was waiting for 30 plus minutes for my food. The boy that was working the front counter isn't ready at all cuz all he did was take my order and then ignore me . He made sure all the door dash people got there order and Uber. Asked time to time bout the crazy bread and he was like 5-7 minutes from there being some . Then once I stood up and walked closer to the counter manager came up and took charge . He needs help and there was nobody to help him"

"Ordered online was told it would be ready at 9:29 i arrived right at 9:29 and it wasn't ready still had 5 minutes I was told because they accidentally bumped my order. Finally got my pizza home and was serving it and the middle of the pizza was completely raw. So now I sit waiting for my pizza to be made correctly and cooked through. Not a happy camper."
