"Not sure of the young lady’s name but I’m sure most people will know who I’m talking about. She had the worst attitude and has zero people skills. I always try to give her the benefit of the doubt but it’s been the same way with her for over a year. Today we went in and I wanted a cold canned coffee, I grabbed 2 because they were 2/$5.50. Wait 10 minutes in line due to there being 1 person working the counter and when we get up to the counter the drinks ring up regular price, I told her and she stared at me and shrugged her shoulders, didn’t say a word. So my husband goes and takes a picture of the sign, he brings it back and shows her and she angrily storms off to look for herself, she comes back and just stares at us awkwardly, I said can you change it to the correct price? She angrily states, “it’s a corporate problem!” I slid 1 to the side and paid for 1 and walked out. The gentleman behind us said she’s like this everytime he’s ever been in there. You’ve lost my business and I won’t step foot back in there as long as she works there. I will be calling corporate as well, because this girl has zero business working with the public. Y’all really need to look into her because I’ve heard the same thing from numerous people."

"The donuts are so bad. Please fix them. It would make my life so easy if I could just go to this Casey’s and get a decent donut, every time I think it will get better, it never is. The icing is liquid, and when I put it in the bag, it all smears off & gets everywhere. No thought or love goes into them. They’re always completely stocked too. There would be more sales if they tasted decent. They taste like they were made from a tired, burnt out employee. I come to this location all the time, don’t plan on quitting, just want my donuts man"

"Shame, Casey's pizza is not anything special anymore. They seem to have forgotten the things that make pizza good. This thing I ordered today is a limp, greasy shadow of what Casey's Pizza used to be. I'm sorry for our loss."

"The staff are lovely. The only issue I have is the last 2 times I've gotten ice cream from the freezer, it has been expired. Most recently, the ice cream sandwich I had expired 4 months ago. I would be a bit more diligent on rotating stock."

"Even with all the condiments they put on it, they still managed to make it dry. This is the true Caseys Experience. 10/10 will go again(mainly because I have to)"
