"Their customer service went above and beyond. I woke up on a Monday morning to find my refrigerator had stopped working. I went to Bates picked out a new refrigerator and by shortly after lunch Bates had my new fridge delivered to my house and installed. They even took the time to look at my old fridge and diagnose what might be the problem. You do not find the customer service like this anymore. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and very friendly. I will defiantly be going back and would recommend them to anyone."

"Called and went to this company to have my dryer fixed. Made appointment which they were 2 hours late for. The technician assessed the dryer and determined it needed a part which they ordered. Several days later they called to say it was in and they could come fix it. I allowed them access to my home without me being there. They called me to say it was fixed and running and charged m $127.00 which I paid over the phone to the owner "Kevin" with my debit card. When I returned home I found parts to the dryer left on top and some "debris" left on my floor. I washed a load of clothes and put them in the dryer, which ran for about 5 minutes and stopped. I called the owner to explain, he told me that they didn't leave anything off and I was wrong about it not working. After explaining again he angrily told me that he would send a technician out the next day. That was in March and I haven't seen or heard from them since."
