"I have given this place more chances than I should have. Order came out of the oven for quality check at 7:10 pm and was delivered at 8:14. I live two minutes away. Of course it was cold upon arrival and nobody ever answers the phone there. This is the third time they have done this and I just can't keep giving them chances. Go with Simple Simon's if you want hot pizza."

"Vilonia store is ridiculous. Put red sauce on my bbq pizza. Tracker sd it's boxed and ready when I got there watched her make my pizza and put it in oven had to wait almost 20 mins. Didn't get my dipping sauce for cinnamon twist . Then website won't let u put feedback. I love domino's but I won't go bk to that location. I'll just drive to Conway to get it NXT time"

"My boyfriend did an order thru the app while sitting in Domino's parking lot. He picked up the order as soon has he was notified that his order was ready. He got home which is about 10 minutes away. He ordered 2 pepperoni cheese breeds and a medium pizza. The cheese bread looked like it had been sitting in their store for hours. The boxes on the cheese bread was soaked with oil it had leaked thru the boxes it actually looked like a few days old and had been warmed up of coarse when we called them they offered vouchers two get new cheese bread but the what about the waisted gas you use going after them since we live out of their delivery area. They argued with me on the phone saying they sat there an hour before they we picked up. But he was sitting in their parking lot when he ordered them thru their app then he went inside and picked them up when he was notified thru the app when they were done. So just letting everyone know look at your pizzas before leaving with them otherwise you will be out the expense of gas to go pick up once they remake them. Oh the actual pizza we ordered looked great makes me wonder if they make a bunch of cheese bread ahead of time to have it ready just to save time. I feel they should have offered something extra to make up for the waisted gas and time for their awful service. We dont even want to discuss the way they talked to me on the phone. If i had wanted day old bread sticks I would have ordered from little Caesar"

"Absolutely the worst experience at any Domino's and the manager...Mike's attitude only made it worse...if these sorry pizzas wornt for my daughters Bday party...I'll stop there...one pizza had to be remade because they sent it with the delivery driver....so they had more than an opportunity to correct the burnt pizzas that had sat under the heater fora minimum of 15 minutes while they corrected their first mistake."
