"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF and MANAGER! I went to this Dominoes all the time and they have lost a valued customer in me. They messed up on my delivery order (gave me the wrong order) I called, a guy apologized and told me that they would have someone back to me in 15mins. (30mins later) I called back to get an ETA. A different guy basically laughed at me and basically said they are swamped. He said people have been waiting longer than me and they have to make their food first. Definitely WILL NOT be back."
"I know why the 2 pizza special was so cheap now. I ordered the special and got about 6 small pieces of pepperoni and 5 small mushrooms on two large pizzas. What a huge disappointment !!! Won't be going back......"
"Much better than the Salem location in terms of customer service and food quality. However, they didn't put the feta in the feta and spinach bread."
"Had an amazing experience at this location very late on a Saturday night, 7/15/23. Late night staff were very friendly, hard workers, and professional. Very clean tables to eat inside. Highly recommend! 5 Stars!"
"I think they should give their employees more and better attention. Part time is 20-25 hours a week not 6. That's not a job, that's just wasting someone's time. Working 3 hours a day. When a new employee is hired and they make it known they're struggling and seeking help. I believe a work environment should do so, being said employee is giving you their time to a company contributing to store operation. They won't even make a pizza for an employee and take it out of their check so an employee can eat. Even when said employee offered to pay. Pretty dang greedy being they make almost 15-100 dollar orders multiple times in 1 hour."
