"I was traveling on I 30 and experienced an emergency auto malfunction with a car full of children, and five hours remaining ahead of me to my destination. As I waited on roadside assistance (quoted 120 minutes) through my insurance company, I called local auto shops within a 10 mile radius, and these guys were nice enough to come out and provide faster assistance by giving me a jumpstart. Cody, quickly assessed that my battery had drained and would not last longer due to recent negligent/inadequate repair of another shop when my alternator was replaced a week ago. He offered for us to follow him back to his shop where he and his crew diagnosed and replaced my battery in less than an hour and got me back on my way home for Christmas. The kind of care, concern, and compassion shown was totally unexpected and virtually nonexistent in this day and time, but I am so grateful that God connected us on this day I will never forget the way these men saved the day and turned a horrible experience into an educational, entertaining, and rather enjoyable one. Lastly, I will say they could have exploited this unfortunate incident by charging me triple what these services normally run, but they were actually generous and discounted my service due to the holiday season and the unexpected nature of my break down. Thank you to Cody and the crew for doing what you do. Not all heroes wear capes."
