Arrived on scheduled day and told hitch has not arrived. Rescheduled for a later date. Hours before second appointment, I called and hitch had still not arrived. Had to keep checking in until the hitch arrived. Understand the issues with supply chain currently, but wish there was some communication that appointments were moved."
