Centark Truck and Equipment Parts

"Order on ebay wrong part sent in opened correct box. Seller stalled on getting out correct part ordered for 3+weeks. Never would contact and or provided any shipping or order info from until ebay had to step in. Would never admit any fault tried to blame on everyone else. Seller was very unprofessional and rude on multiple messages. Ebay sided with my case instantly because of all the clear facts in the messages. After multiple messages i would only get a reply when ebay stepped in. Never giving me any order info tracking on order. I asked for this from may 21 until june 15. Once a case was started and finalized I received order info finally that hub was being shipped to them starting on may 15th the day i made case with ebay. June 16 was first time seller ever sent any shipping info after ebay case final. Still no wonder when it would get to me. Seller stated only way he could get the hub to me is if i cancelled claim with ebay. Or other option of returning wrong hub for refund and not getting correct hub i ordered. This is what I did. I dont want to do business with someone like this ever again. Seller lied about the hub being ordered and either return it or sit back and wait on may 28. Biggest waste of time and hassle I've been through over something so simple and stupid. I understand mistakes happen and Im fine with that. This could have all been avoided if handled professionally. All that would have needed to be replied is sorry wrong part ill order correct hub and ship asap heres tracking and a return label. thank you. The owner reply is just trying to make more excuses of him not handling the situation correctly. Once I knew it was going to be a while with no response. I ordered the correct hub from Volvo. There was no covid delay or backorder and I had correct hub the following business day."
