"My visit took a few minutes longer than expected. A new employee had trouble getting my oil filter off. Thankfully you had a supervisor that took over and all ended well. Overall I’m happy even though I feel your prices are higher than the competition."
"I'm usually relatively pleased with the speed of this place. Pricing is on the high side. $130 for a fully synthetic oil change when even dealerships don't charge that much. This last time there was 3 cars total with me there and it took over an hour just for them to get to me. Unfortunately I ran short on time so I left this past time. Veterans do get a 25% discount which is nice."
"I had two gentlemen change my oil, and replace a filter yesterday. They were so friendly. Wish I would’ve asked their names. I don’t know ANYTHING about cars, but I feel like everything was reasonably priced. ALSO!! The wait was fine, and pretty fast considering there was only two guys there!"

They were all super nice and accommodating to make sure I was satisfied!"
"Absolutely fantastic experience at Take 5. Pulled up on a cold, windy morning and was greeted warmly with a 15 min wait estimate that actually turned out to be 5 minutes. Techs were very friendly, efficient, and were no-nonsense when it came to their recommendations, which I gladly accepted. Whole process was 15-20 minutes just sitting in my car on the phone or chatting with the service techs. Will definitely be a return customer."
