"Worst. If i could give 0 stars i would.Had to have a new engine put in my car. It was covered by warranty. Not to mention they had to do the replacement with a lifetime warranty because it was a year model that had a defective engine. The engine gets replaced gives me a lifetime warranty. All good. 16 hours later my check engine light is on, I can smell gas so bad you. So I'm now stranded with my 3 and 4-year-old at 8 pm. Look under the hood. And gas is spilling out all under the hood. Left it at the gas station I pulled over at and had it towed back the next day. Now they want to say that I owe 975.21 for a broken fuel injector. Now.... in their service write up confirmed by their customer service that when they got the car the fuel injector was not anywhere listed as needing to be replaced etc. Im beyond furious. I spent $3245.01 on a rental car to get to work and my kids to school for the month that they had it. These people are crooks. I do not recommend doing any kind of business with them. I hope the video plays that I'm posting with this so you can see the condition they release their vehicles when services. This could have caused the car to catch fire!"

"My recent visit to the Hyundai Car Service Center turned out to be a revolting ride I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy's clunker. The staff seemed to have skipped the basics of customer service, leaving me feeling like a crash test dummy with no assistance or care. The state of the facilities was shockingly grim, with greasy floors and a lingering stench that made me question if I had stumbled into a junkyard. If you're in the mood for a bumpy and infuriating ride, this Car Service Center is the perfect pit stop. Otherwise, save your sanity and your vehicle by finding a more competent and reputable service center elsewhere."
