"the training can be done better, I worked here and only got trained by an employee not a manager. they make u do the uboats and run the register at the same time. its hard to do both, unless ur on second or third shift, then you get a few people and more time on the uboat for stocking otherwise you can't get the uboat done if you have to cashier for half hr with a line of customers. when u ask for help, some of us are new and have 0 idea where the product is and getting a manager to help is rare. they are either in the back, outside smoking or stocking their own uboat. getting a manager to help with a transaction takes 3 calls over intercom for them to come help. when your busy and need help cause you got a long line, they'll come after 5 minutes. if you have a line and need a break, they'll help you get it done and u go on break. you gotta be patient with the workers, were only one working there with a manager. if I were you, if u need a job and are desperate during your financial situation, come work. if your not desperate, find somewhere else to work at. working there is a literal 2-3/5 stars. shopping there is 4/5 stars. if you need something cheap, come shop here. if u need something last minute, shop here. otherwise spend a little more money and go to Ben Franklin on Main Street or Walmart that's across the street -an ex employee"

"Store was clean and stocked. We found everything we where looking for. Staff where friendly and quick. They had a nice selection of holloween items and candy for tricker treaters. Store to employee ratio was very nice. Very short wait in line. All in all a good trip."
