"Had issues with loading mini van on car dolly, for a 7000 mi. Trip around the country..Car slipped on wet ramps and broke many of the plastic rivet fasteners.. Had no appointment, car nose had to be removed before we could off load the mini van...Rainy afternoon, removed nose, then took van off, put in shop over night. Next morning came in early to meet our time line..THEN made modifications to dolly to prevent from happening again.. Excellent, knowledge, personalities, and cost..Highly recommend!!"
