"Bought a new set of tires there one month ago and upon driving the car it was noticeable that it was a balance problem on the tires. So to make sure it wasn't what I thought it was all along I decided to first get a front end alignment at another shop in Monroe LA...Still vibration.... Gave VanHook manager a call to correct the problem a week ago and we schedule to bring it back in today and after they did another balance today the problem got worst . Took the vehicle to a local dealer in Smackover and they could see it was way to many weights on tires. They balance the tires and now driving smooth as it should."
"Tire was supposed to be serviced. Flat tire next morning. Took somewhere else and found out patch was not properly on. I missed a very important appointment. Basically I was charged $28 for air. Very disappointing. Will not visit place on North West Avenue, El Dorado, AR again. The one on Lorene St. Is very good. They are very honest people"
