"It took an extra while to get our food because the person in the drive-thru before us said my order was their order. I'm pretty sure the cars are seen on the camera to see who's ordering, at least that's how it works where I'm from. But they spent so much time resorting things out, I'm trying to make sure that got the right amount of money from the other guy, that nobody apologized or helped to speed the process. It's just very frustrating. I don't live in this state, and when I did I only frequented this establishment a couple of times when I was a teenager, But in general this area is not my favorite place."

"This location is usually on point with food and customer service. Today was different for me. The meat that is used for Big Mac is the same meat for all the small sandwiches according to the manager. So why would anyone pay for a big Mac here ?! The quarter pounder meat was not a quarter pound. It was the meat that should be used for Big mac's....it's a. Scam to save on food cost. Shame to short the customer !!!!"
