"Love this store! First they are always super friendly, clean and polite. The meat department does a phenomenal job having special cuts available for any occasions. The meat counter always have what I’m looking for and more.. love their huge selection of frozen items as well, the bread is always fresh and the bakery is so good. Also another plug, it’s convenient! I love patronizing them because just think if they wasn’t in town.. I wouldn’t want to think about driving all that way to Fergus Alex for breakfast or dinner items or for a can of beans for chili ha ha.. so yeah, I love that they are local, I always support local business of Ashby great town!"

"This grocery store has been my go to grocery during the pandemic. They wore masks before it was required and spacing is not really a concern here. They have a great meat section with good specials. I can buy farm fresh local eggs and some produce too. I like the nice supply of Mexican products. I’ll continue to shop here regularly after we’ve conquered covid."

"A nice small-town grocery store. The staff always seem friendly and happy to assist. This place even has a small shopping cart for the kids to push around. There's also an interesting mural painted on the wall outside. My daughter and I love to look at it whenever we go. Be prepared for the "convenience prices" though. You will pay more for your items in small towns because you chose not to drive to Fergus or Alexandria. But you're helping a family instead of a cooperation. Your dollar goes further at these places versus Wal-Mart or Target. Worth it."
