After our car broke down on the highway, he gave us a quick tow and even offered to let us drop our luggage off at a hotel before taking us to the mechanic, which we did. "The customer service rep here is so rude and disrespectful, complete air head. They have had my vehicle for awhile now and cannot give me an answer as to anything that is going on with it. I understand that most shops are backlogged and a quick turnaround isn't feasible. But you would think that a courtesy call would be the norm. It's been a complete run a round."

"The mechanics were nice. They fixed my van at the tune of 2400.00, and then I was charged an extra 4 % for using my card and not paying cash. After I was charged 500 plus for a tow . Without being told, that was what it cost for it. My bad on my part ,I was towed twice in two days on this trip. The tow before ran me 75.00. So yeah, I was flabbergasted when he told me . There wasn't much I could do. And I just had to pay. But if you break down, I Arkansas better have roadside. Cause it will bleed you. Having said that,they were extremely nice, found and fixed the problem on the first go. Knowing I was out of state didn't charge me the storage fee .so I definitely recommend their work integrity. Just pass on their towing if you can."

When they told us it was not going to be a quick fix, they allowed us to leave it there and wait for the wrecker to schedule us. Such great and honest people!!
