"This repair company was chosen by Whirlpool. He showed up within a few days of reporting my issue to Whirlpool (11/6). The repair man told me that he just unplugged my ice maker and that is was working and told me to let him know if it quit again - it did within a few hours. He told me that he would have to order a part. I have sent 10 texts requesting an update and an ETA on when he would be back to fix the ice maker with no answer. It has been over two months. I understand parts can be backordered, but the lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. If you have a choice, DO NOT use this company."

"Dishwasher broke down in Nov 22, called Whirlpool to make the claim, at first he was responsive and came over within a week, then he ordered the part, came back with one week from getting part, then that didn’t work, then he went over two months, no response, ignored our phone messages and text messages. We had to call Whirlpool many many times. Today he came back for the third time and still unable to fix our problem. How long has he been doing repairs. We are almost to April and we can’t get our dishwasher replaced because he still feels he can fix it. So we go without a dishwasher for over four months while he try’s to figure it out. Would not recommend this place."

"My fridge stopped working. I knew what was wrong. I went into the store and requested the part and the guy behind the counter told me I was wrong and wouldn't sell me the part. I called best buy ( where I bought the fridge) and asked about a warranty and they scheduled a tech for me...after 2 weeks guess who they called...lloyds and he told me then that it was the compressor...it wasn't. He said he couldn't fix it and called whirlpool for us...he didn't file the order ( at this point we had been down a fridge for 4 weeks). I called whirlpool and a tech was out in 48 hours. He diagnosed the problem and guess what....it was the part I originally tried to replace myself....these people are rude, lazy, and have little knowledge in their field of work."

"No response from Lloyd’s Appliance since he was here on Oct. 12, 2022. He will not respond to my calls or text messages about the ordered part. Whirlpool scheduled him to come back Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022. He still has not showed up or called."

"Left my elder grandmother without a fridge for over two months. Never replied to her phone calls. Needless to say; dont let this poor excuse for a worker in your home for anything. He will not follow through with his job duties as he tells his customers. Loyd Van Wrinkle is not the man for the job, no matter how small it is. Spend your time and money with some other company, at least youll get a email or call back. Not to mention his foul odor.... Not a good sign."
