"The two gentlemen that came to our house were very professional, to the point and most important were able to figure out our problem! I called on a Tuesday and they were able to get me scheduled the next Monday morning. They didn't have the correct shower cartridge size for us (the very old one that was there broke) but they put in a temporary piece and went over with me what I actually needed. They did offer to come back to reinstall it but I felt I could handle that much. They told me to run by a specific shop and they would get me what I needed. He made sure I was completely comfortable with what needed to happen, and told me if I had any questions feel free to call and he would walk me through it or come back by. My dog, who dislikes everyone, loved them."
