Would have left but couldn’t due to poor design of drive through. Couldn’t cancel order because they wouldn’t refund my money NEVER be back!!!!"
"Sat at order kiosk for over 5 minutes, so drove up to the window to order. Sweet girl took my order but rang things up wrong and I paid for the wrong ticket. Additional employee tried to fix things but got frustrated then got rather rude and told me she was going to have to give me my order for free but it was more expensive?? Then handed me back my card and walked off."

"Experience ever been there twice and they never get your cough, right mine was supposed to have extra sugar and extra caramel tasted awful. Didn’t have extra caramel caramel at all. It didn’t have any sugar in it. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts, or any Dunkin’ Donuts at that matter, not the only one that’s ever done. This never have gotten anything right at Dunkin’ Donuts. Never recommend going there for anybody."
