"Literally the worst place I have ever spent money. All they do is rip you off and they are fine with it. They sell you a product that doesn't work then blame it on transportation because it is "out of their hands". I bought a refrigerator for 800 dollars after tax from these people and it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. We get it home and everything is fine for about a month. All of a sudden the fridge stops getting cold. All of our food is ruined. We had to rent a Uhaul to get it back to their shop bc they won't send someone to your house for a quick fix. They "fix" it and we pick it up about two days later. We get it home and it works for another month or so and then does THE EXACT SAME THING. We are once again out of an entire fridge full of food. We call them and ask for a different fridge bc at this point it's ridiculous. They say "sure, bring your fridge and we will switch it out for another one" we bring it back to the shop for a 2nd time only to have it switched out with some ugly half black/ half silver fridge that would probably go for half of what we spent on the original fridge. On top of that there was black mold coving both parts of the ice cube dispensers ON BOTH FRIDGES. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY NEW!!!! I cannot stress this enough!"

"Beware before wasting your money here. I bought a dryer got it home didn't work had to take it back they changed fuse. He said if this happened again would change thermostat well Couple months later it quit again I took it back went to pick it up all they did was changed fuse again it worked 3 more times. Would NOT Recommend!! Big waste of money!!"

"I hate to even give them one star. I bought a washer here for my 88 year old grandmother. Took it home and hooked it up after one load of laundry it quit so I returned it to the store to be fixed after two weeks we picked it up and repeated only this time it didn’t work at all we took it back to the store and they exchanged it for another washer that we brought home and hooked it up and you can guess it didn’t work. The parts to fix it are as expensive as the washer. My advice would be to go to Lowe’s and buy a new one. This place isn’t worth the hassle."

"If you're going to go here, be aware that you need to check every inch of the unit you are looking at because they are not going to point out anything wrong with it for you. The appliances on the sales floor have plenty of room between them, so you can see any damage to the side, but I was taken to look at one in the back room. There were lots of units crowding around it and my grandson was acting up. The saleslady seemed very nice and I trusted her for some reason. In retrospect, I should have made them turn it around so I could inspect it better ... fool me once. I wasn't home when they delivered it, my daughter was. She wondered why I thought that large dent was a "minor ding". I didn't know until I got home that it looked like it had been dropped along the side near the floor. I called the next day and was told that the saleslady I described, would return my call. She didn't. I gave her several days to call and then, well ... life happens. I should have called again sooner, but when I finally did, I told her I felt it was also her responsibility to point things like that out, not just mine and I felt like I was taken and was owed something. I was offered nothing. It was partly my fault, but a "did you look all around it" would have been appreciated. I paid $450 for the unit, but a new undamaged unit is only $699, so this was too much considering the damage and that you only get a 6 month warranty, and per other reviews, you have to load it up and bring it back if you want service. This much damage deserves a better discount. At least for now, it does work well, but it's sitting where the damaged side shows. Thumbs down on All Appliance Plus."

"Everything I have ever bought from them last until the warranty is over and then breaks. Bought two different sets of washer and dryer from them. First washer flooded my room. And the warranty just expired 2 days earlier. And the dryer heating element went out the next week. I bought another set from them. And my washer just went out so I just said screw it and bought brand new sets"
