"Today you lost my business permanently. I came in to get a meal from the deli, as I have done several times before. Except this time the guy behind the counter refused to sell me what I wanted. I ALWAYS get an 8pc meal and sub out the wings for legs and pay the up charge for what I want. Today I’m told that it’s against company policy to sell the customer what they want like this and I can’t sub out the wings that no one likes in my house for legs. Ironically though, you can buy individual pieces of chicken. So it doesn’t make any sense that your employee refused to simply up charge me for the substitution. If I buy a single leg am I forced to buy a thigh too? Your prices are already too high so now that there’s no customer service I won’t be back. Not worth it. And this location isn’t great either, the other store is kept up a lot better and had a lot more selection throughout, although still grossly overpriced."

"My father and I have been shopping here for almost a decade now. The staff is great, as are their products and selection. Lueken's is and will continue to be our go-to grocery store."

"Today my boyfriend and I were waiting to get food at the deli, and the only girl working there came to us to ask what we wanted. We took no longer than a minute to decide how many chicken tenders we wanted, and when we did she was rude about it. We asked for 10 tenders, and the girl rolled her eyes and and quietly said “yeah.”. There was no reason to have an attitude with us when we did nothing wrong. That was our first stop when we got to the store, and made the rest of our shopping experience feel uneasy. I’ve worked customer service for almost 10 years, and making a customer feel unwelcome for no reason is not called for. It doesn’t matter how bad of a day someone is having, keep your problems at home or don’t work with customers. My boyfriend and I shop there at least twice a week, and don’t plan on stopping our weekly trips anytime soon. She needs to work on her customer service skills, or stay away from the customers. The deli is our go to and we’ve never had problems until today."

"Grocery shopping isn't stressful here like at Walmart. Quality products and I don't often see empty shelves if ever. The ready to eat section(deli?) Has a huge selection and a salad bar. They recently added sushi rolls that are delicious. Coffee kiosk at the entrance, popcorn bar by produce with interesting flavors. My personal recommendations: fruit tarts in the bakery cold case and rainbow sushi roll in the deli cold case"
