Little Caesars Pizza 812 Military Parkway, Benton, AR 72015

"Well, even though this is my second favorite pizza place. They tried to pull a fast one on this former assistant manager tonight. My wife and I ordered our unique pizza on the before we left Haskell. The pizza they prepared for our order was given to us on time, but... I ordered extra sauce, extra toppings, and extra cheese. What I received was the hot and ready pre-prepped pizza base (not fresh dough, not extra sauced). Pizza wasn't cut well at all had no extra cheese nor extra toppings. Not pleased with it. Now waiting 30 more minutes for the replacement. If didn't love the pizza so much, I would've gotten my money instead. 30 minutes has gone... people have ordered and received there pizzas even though I ordered before 5. It's now 6:33."

"The last few times we've got an order, the pizza was horrible. Today we ordered online again, got the pizza home and the crust was flat, hard and hardly any cheese sauce, it was the pretzel crust pizza. If you ever try to call them they never answer the phone no matter what time of day it is, that is extremely frustrating to a customer especially when we pay our hard-earned money to get a product that isn't good!!! Then to top it off you can't even get a hold of anyone and when you do they have attitudes!! Very disappointed ☹️ customer service is NOT what it used to be!!"

"I was on hold 20 minutes! I actually walked into the "restaurant " and up to the counter still on hold!! I even shied the Manger I was still on hold! She basically blew me off! I told her 20 minutes on hold was ridiculous! She just acted like it was no big deal. And said that sometimes they get busy and forget someone is on hold. WHAT, when you are a takeout business and a customer is on hold 20 minutes to order a pizza and no one's comes back to talk to you it is a very big deal indeed! We drove 25 miles to get one of your pizzas and they couldn't care less that we are still on hold to order! Your Benton store has lost us as customers! And believe me, we are telling our friends about our experience too!"

"I do not recommend the pretzel pizza with nacho cheese. The dough is not a pretzel, they just use a bunch of salt and it makes the pizza super salty instead. The nacho cheese on the pizza probably did not make it less salty either. I did a pickup and they forgot my crazy sauce... The breadsticks were brown'ish (overcooked)"
