"I needed a yard hydrant and shut off valve installed. Atchley Air sent out Ricky and Mathew. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and got the work done very professionally. I would hire them again for any of my plumbing needs. I also had a complete furnace and a/c unit installed by Atchley Air. They sent out Thomas and Ethan. It was completed professionally, on time with friendly, knowledgeable hvac personnel. My house is now the perfect temperature. I would recommend them to my friends and family."

"First, we have been with this company and have a contract with them. We had our maintenance check on our unit within.a month of this review. Our heat went out on Friday night . I called the call center and left a message for a call back from technician. Didn’t receive a call so I called Saturday morning early and left another message. We are an elderly couple and this was our only source of heat. I knew we were having.a ice storm coming in on Monday. I called before 8AM on Saturday and left another message with call center. The technician called a couple of hours later . He asked what the problem was. When I told him the problem , and that we just had. Unit checked not long ago, he proceeded to say that we would have to pay for the part if that was the problem . He said he was a ways out but would be here. Twenty minutes later the technician called back and asked if we had American Hone Shield , which I have and they would cover the part but I didn’t know when I would get an appt with them. He wanted to KNOW if he drove all THIS way was we going to pay for the part if needed. This upset me and I just hung up. And tried to call Monday and cancel our contract. I left a message for the supervisor , but have not heard from this company yet. My son called a business’ in Little Rock called River Valley Heat and Cooling . Not only did this company answer there phone on a Saturday morning , did trouble shoot the problem which took over a hour. Didn’t say I can send a technician out and charge you , but made sure our heat was going. If this technician from Actley Air wasn’t wanting to waste his time on a Saturday , he would have seen it was only a flame sensor that was so dirty that it affected how the unit ran. NOW, did it get that dirt within a month or was it not cleaned on the scheduled maintenance that we pay for ????"

"Set up a appointment to fix a broken pipe days before a cold snap and was told it would be a week before they could get someone out to me, ok not a problem I can wait. The day of comes around I get nobody shows up or calls until after noon, with all the cold weather they have gotten backed up and had to delay me for 2 more days. at this point I was without water for a week and a half, but I can understand. Now the day before I get a call and I am told they have to much of a workload and can no longer help me. Can't even direct me to someone who can. If you need a emergency repair look somewhere else these people are apparently to busy and unprofessional to help."
