"Tim and Marilyn are THE BEST!!! We were visiting family from out of town and blew a serpentine belt when preparing to leave. My husband (mechanically orientated) bought a new belt and tension arm and after 4 attempts with the belt slipping off each and every time, finally gave up and called M-Ann-M; They not only picked us and our car up, but promised to get to it as quickly as possible WHILE offering to drop us off at a local rental car facility at our tentative request. An hour into our drive home, Tim called and notified us our car was ready to be picked up. Turns out, it was the harmonic balancer (I think I said that correctly). We immediately turned around and not only saved $450 on a car rental (we had reserved for a week), but were THRILLED to find our repair bill under $400 (not bad for a tow, a rush job, and a request they repair a broken plastic thingamajibbee on the thermostat ... oh cripes, I'm bungling that, but we knew it was bad and they picked up on it quickly) PLUS a 20 minute drive to the car rental place. Love these guys and HIGHLY recommend!"
