"Amazing Service!!! Charlie Bridges and Jamie saved the day! They went above and beyond to repair my sisters 2006 Mini Cooper that had to be towed in to Bridge’s and we had no idea what was wrong. Got an engine lite and the car went to ‘limp mode’ so at least my sister could get back home safely. Being it’s my sisters only mode of transportation and in the middle of Cancer Treatment, Charlie gave us priority service (without us even asking) and did a boatload of work for a fair price. Replaced turn signal wiring and hoses due to rodent damage, Harmonic Balancer and belts, plus oil change in 2 days. Had most parts on site and the parts he didn’t have came over from Memphis same day! They even did little extras to prevent another visit in the future. (Oil plug needed a new seal, said slow leak). I was in shock when he let us know the car was ready for pickup! Yay!! Told us a couple things that would be needed for future but said ‘they can wait’. That meant a lot to us. These guys have been there since I grew up in hot springs and know what they are doing. I loved getting to meet them in person. We will definitely be back and grateful for their quick work and fair pricing."

"The owner is rude and unprofessional. I took my car here for a diagnosis for brakes and he didn’t look at the brakes. He instead put a new battery in without my consent. When I asked him why he made such changes without calling me, he hung up in my face and told me they’re closed for the day. Never take your car here!"

"We've needed work both on out 2002 Audi and our 2014 Mercedes recently - in both cases they were pleasant on the phone, knew exactly what to do, and had the car turned around in two days. Could not be more pleased with the service or the depth of knowledge. Would highly recommend!!"

"My daughter took her car there to have a starter replaced. Upon learning that he would have to order the starter, she offered to order it herself. He literally yelled at her beginning with, “Lady, if you want to do it then come get it.” My daughter is 16, and assumed she had insulted him, so she let him order it. After it was all done, he charged her almost $900 to replace the starter. $300 for labor, $300 for a part she could have purchased for $150 all day long, and I have no idea what made up the rest of the charge other than $76 in tax."

"If you drive a BMW Mercedes etc in Hot Springs they are the only place to take your car. Good service price is reasonable but they can be slow might take them a week to do what other shops will do in 2 days. But they are always busy busy so they must be good."
