They are restructuring their sales force with new management and boy does it show! The facility was incredibly clean and welcoming. Cozy sitting area for customers and nice walkable lot. I’ve needed a truck for some time and I found the right F-150 on their lot. I am incredibly happy and will be back to this dealership for all my business!"

"Do NOT buy from here. 4 hours at the facility cause they couldn’t find ink. Then couldn’t print the tag. Didn’t know what they were doing. Then find out they were missing paperwork so they sent the sales lady to come to my house to have me sign a week later. Spoke to a lady named Kim on the phone to confirm all was good. Get another call they screwed it up AGAIN and sending the sales lady out to my house yet again to sign the papers 13 days after buying it. After setting the time to have her come over, THEY RE-RAN my credit so I got more pulls on my credit 10 AND 11 days after buying it cause of their screwup. Jim patted himself on the back with all the jobs he’s had yet he’s the one that started all of this and told me I didn’t know how buying a car works! Loan still isn’t set up and accessible. Sales lady can’t get paid for the sale cause it’s not technically sold yet. So they screw their customers and their own employees. Kalli was so awesome in the whole process! She was absolutely incredible at her job and was more than helpful! She got me an awesome Chevy Silverado truck! Ask for Kalli and you won’t be sorry!"

"Waste of time. The sales guy was nice enough but we were very clear that we needed a $0 down payment option and were told online (got a price estimate) and before we even test drove a car that they could work with that. After about an hour of paperwork and waiting I was told I needed to put something down. I repeated that I needed a $0 option at which point the manager came over and again asked for a down payment and recommended I get a personal loan for the down payment. The manager also assured me every other dealer would require the same thing. I’ve gotten cars with $0 down before so this place seems really scammy to me and wasted my Saturday afternoon when I was very clear about what I needed in the beginning."
