"My car issue was an insurance deal. What was very disappointing was the amount of times I was told “I’m the only one working here so I’m doing the best I can”. Communication between service department and insurance company was lacklustre at best. I have no doubt my insurance company was partly to blame as well but the service department being under staffed shouldn’t be my problem. A company the size of Orr Nissan shouldn’t have these issues and if they do that tells me I don’t need to do more business there. Also when everything was completely done to find all the broken parts and debris in the the back of my vehicle was beyond disappointing."
