"Great customer service and also great work. They got on the job when we were told and also was through with it before we were told it would be done. I would highly recommend them, from the ladies up front to the guys in back doing the work!"
"Excellent service. Congenial people to work with. My car turned out beautifully."
"I will never return to this body shop. I was in an accident on November 3rd. I dropped my vehicle off November 4th after a brief phone conversation with them where they stated that they could start on the estimate and repairs immediately since they were an approved body shop with my insurance. A few days later, I hadn't heard anything so I called the shop. I was told then that they hadn't started on the estimate. Excuse me!?! You told me days ago that you had no one else's estimate to be doing and would get started on it right away. So, I'm thinking maybe they did have something come in before I got there. I was told I would get a call when they had the estimate done. Several more days go by and still no call. I called back. Estimate is kind of done and they started on repairs. Was told it would be done by November 27th, the day before Thanksgiving. A week goes by, I don't hear anything so, I had again to see how it goes. The guy tells me everything is going good. It's now November 13th and am being told the vehicle should be done by November 22nd. November 22nd around noon I call the check and am told that it wasn't going to be ready and they never told me it would. I only ever spoke to one person the entire time they have had my vehicle and now he is saying he never spoke to me or told me that he said it would be done!!!! LIAR! I am now being told there is now way it will be done before the 27th. I am so mad, but what can I do? So the 27th finally rolls around and I get a call around 2 pm. It's not a call that my truck is ready. It's a call that they have been careless and laid my keys up on the counter and another customer has picked them up and left with them and now they can't reach them and they need me to bring my extra set (if I have one) up there so they can take it to the tire shop to get my tire mounted and balanced! They lost my keys because they were 100% careless! So, I take my set up and am told I can pick my vehicle up about 4:00 p.m. I get back there at 4 p.m. They still don't have my keys back. They still don't have my vehicle ready. It's put back together, but they are cleaning it up. We waited for an hour or more for them to get done. Thank goodness that during that wait the man who mistakenly took my keys comes back with them. Apparently he was very upset when he was in, calling them crooks and cheats, that he grabbed my keys by accident. I finally get my vehicle back. It's dark. They are rushing us out because it's past closing and it's the day before Thanksgiving. I get no walk around or anything about the repairs they done. I gets paperwork and a verbal explanation. But hey! I'm happy to have my vehicle back after 3 weeks. I get home and go to back in and no rear camera. I let them know and tell them I will be back in as soon as they reopen. It's rains for 2 or 3 days so I can't really get out there and look everything else over, but when I finally do it's a mess!!!!! I mean the repairs look awful! My vehicle hit a sign on the right passenger side of the truck bed. They tailgate did not line up right. It sat about 1/2 inch higher than the bed. There was an obvious uneven gap from top to bottom between the tailgate and the truck bed. The bumper is crooked. There is over spray on stuff front them painting. The bed liner is not even close to the same. The hinge/pin the hold the tailgate on on the left lower side is cracked and pushed in. The tail light is sticking out from the truck too far. They only replaced one and both on the passenger side were damaged, the corrosion protection is up too far on the truck and the paint is NOT the right color. So when I take it back I point this stuff out. They keep it for a day and tell me they got it all fixed. The only thing the managed to do was out the tailgate down in where it's level with the bed. It's not even close to fixed. I had to get my insurance involved. It took them 5 weeks to get it back to me this time and they fixed most everything. The bed liner still isn't right but I will live with it. Just go elsewhere!"
"They are awesome there"
