"I ordered tires and wheels off of the internet because it's cheaper and obviously i get a wider selection. I've always used American tire and wheel because they do do a good job. Been using them for years. When I called to make an appointment, I told them I had 4 tires and wheels I needed mounted and balanced. He told me they only mount and balance tires and wheels they sell. They've never done that before. I've had them do that for me several times in the past. Kinda puts a bad taste in your mouth. Guess since you don't get to make the sell and rake the extra cash in off the inflated prices, it's not worth your time to help a paying and loyal customer. I'll remember this one. I know yall are up to your ears in business and it won't hurt you. But that ain't right guys."

"Stopped in to have a simple flat fixed and noticed they are charging 40.00 to simply fix a flat.it was 25.00 a few months ago.seems like gouging since potholes are doing damage.place ain’t the same with Matt gone."

"Not only did the guys working the counter order the wrong wheel, but once it was installed the tech couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t accept my hubcap and just didn’t put it back on. Then we find out when putting it on ourselves that it doesn’t accept hubcaps and they neglected to tell us. After calling back they own up to that and say there’s mis communication in the shop about those wheels. I go back today within 30 days of getting the wheel and not only can I not get a refund for their mistake and having to order one from somewhere else. They close early today and can’t right their wrong. I called early this week to make sure they didn’t knowing its the day after an holiday and looks like more miscommunication in that shop. I have bought multiple tires here and never had a problem tell now. Still good to share the experience."
