"Had a horrible experience with this company. The driver they sent out was incompetent. I needed a car towed about 5 miles. Should’ve been simple. Car was on the street so an easy load up and the driveway is wide open enough to pull straight in and drop it. Guy almost hit my neighbors fence when unloading and then had myself and my teen daughter pushing the car (a VW Beetle) back and forth instead of using the wench. He completely blocked my road for over an hour making the neighbor wait for him to move so they could go home. I called Tammy multiple times and she was of zero assistance. If u need a tow u should use literally any other company. The customer service was trash and so was the actual service"

"I broke down on a dirt road on a hill and I called dispatch . Lady was nice and helpful. Driver got to me surprisingly fast for where I was (15-20 mins) he got my truck loaded up in the cold rain and sleet and got me and the truck home safe and quick. I was home within an hour of calling. Fair pricing too!"

"T-wrecks was dispatched through insurance for a lockout incident. The job was done, but the unprofessionalism displayed toward my wife and son were not acceptable by any means. The driver proceeded to yell at my wife and hung up on her before proceeding to our residence because he didn't like our driveway. It is bumpy, but trash trucks, vehicles, and service trucks go down it with no complaint daily. As he made it to the vehicle he yelled at our son as well and made negative comments about his window tint. No need for that. You were dispatched for a situation to help out; not to yell, be frustrated, and make the situation worse by a horrible attitude and unprofessionalism. There are bigger things in this world to be angry about. Do better."

Being from out of state, I wasn't sure who to call for help when my car broke down. I'm so thankful T-Wrecks was first to respond."

"Needed car towed to the destination of my choice and they took my car to the wrong destination and then told me I had to call insurance company and have them fix the address. The address noted on the tow form was the correct address. Still would not honor."
