"Service was good. There was a guy there that greeted me and took the order right away quickly. They were in a bit of a rush though didn't restart my oil percentage gauge I had to later that day."

"I took my 2011 Volkswagen CC here to get an oil change. The guys there were very friendly and helped me get what I needed, however less than 2 days later my car completely broke down and I was told by a mechanic that it had no oil pressure and now needs a new engine. Unfortunately that means my car is totaled and I have no idea if it is because of the oil change or just a very unfortunate coincidence. I'm unfortunately not very knowledgeable on cars to say whether it was or was not related, but my car drove fine going in and within about 40 hours wouldn't start and has not moved since. The guys also marked things completed that they did not do, which was not a big deal to me at the time but now that my car is destroyed it makes me wonder what else they missed."
