Superfast Lube

"Would not recommend, had my oil changed in January within one week of having oil changed my oil filter fell off an almost blew up my car. I went into the store told them what happened and they let me know the oil filter they put on my car was recalled. They did not add break fluid to my car. Ticket said break fluid was added. Oil was all down my car. I now have a $500 dollar tow bill and shop charge from having my car fixed. Bill was taken to super fast a they have not offered any help with the bill or cleaning my car. I have talked to summer an Jordan, neither one of them have been any kind of help. Neither one of them seem to act like it is a big deal! I DO Not recommend this place at all! Beware! I used this place for over 15 years! They lost me as a customer for the lack of help!"

"Great service just wish the free car wash sign was updated to say it's free when we get around to sending it to you. Rather be able to leave oil change bay and go straight to wash"

"It seemed to be taking longer than usual, and one of the guys came over to explain they were waiting on AutoZone to deliver some needed supplies and it would be about 5-10 minutes. They were all super nice and fast after that even though it was so cold! Get those guys some infrared heaters!"

"The guys working here were very professional and courteous. The last place that changed my oil stripped the drain plug, so it took them a little longer than usual to get the job done, but they eventually got it off and didn't charge me for a new drain plug or oil filter. The price seemed right and I also got a free car wash. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work guys!"
