Coast to Coast Carports

"Please do your research before signing anything with this company. We didn't, we "trusted" our local dealer. 6 months after ordering our building, we were still no where close to having it. Excuses with "we don't have the components " we don't have your colors", "we have NO IDEA, when you get your building " etc.. after 6 months and no end in sight, we canceled and ordered from another manufacturer, our new building from order to delivery was 8 weeks. Coast to coast and their dealer refused to refund our deposit for a product that was never delivered. You've been warned! Don't use them!"

"Stay FAR AWAY! Ordered a carport directly from Coast to Coast carports at the beginning of August. Was told by the sales rep that the delivery time was normally taking 1-4weeks but could be as long as 6-8weeks. Contract said 6-8wks (possibly longer). I was assured by the sales rep that these carports were being installed quickly and it wouldn't take that long. I told her that the site was ready when I placed the order. Fast forward 2 months and I hadn't heard anything back, so I contact them to figure out the status. I get referred to the scheduling group who tells me they'll get check into it and get back to me. I don't hear anything back for a couple weeks and contact them again. I'm told they're working on a load to my area and should hear something soon. 3 weeks go by, nothing. Inquire again, no response. Inquire again, get the runaround and am told delivery time was not guaranteed. Yeah, I realize that, but don't lie to your customers up front to get a deposit if you have no intention of delivering on that promise. At 4 months, I asked for a refund of my deposit. I was told someone would "get back to me today". Another lie. I've since filed a dispute with my CC company to get my deposit back since they won't willingly refund. If that doesn't go through, I'll be filing a small claims suit."

"The quality is very low on the product, and the customer service is even. worse. We had part of the roof rip off less than a year after it was installed. I have been trying to get it repaired under the warranty for 4 months. Update 12-23 After six months of numerous interactions with customer service, I still do not have an installation date for the repair. Very frustrating as we live in a cold climate and we have an open gap in our building. I definitely would research one of the more reputable companies in the industry. The damage has gotten worse over the months due to the lack of responsiveness to address the issue."

"My Mother paid for a Carport deposit in December 2022 she put $200 down. She was told in January the parts had to be ordered so she paid $700 more no one called her My MOM had to call them. The end of Jan Ashley called her stated they would be there Feb 4th was the schedule date they gave her. My Mom waited. The never showed up they never called but that Saturday while My MOM was out of town they showed up and she told them no because she wanted to tell them where to put it up. They left all the equipment in her front yard and left and never called or came back. Mom called to reschedule we asked for Ashley and a different girl answer And was extra rude for no reason telling us Ashley was busy and would call us back. We waited a week never got that call\. I We asked for the money back and to have it picked up. TERRIBLE"

"Our Sales Rep. Jason was very good in helping us design our building. He returned phone calls and emails immediately. Jann, Permitting /Licensing Coordinator was very efficient in obtaining our State Permit and Business License necessary for us to build. Darla, Customer Service Manager informed us when our building went to manufacturing and scheduled when the material and crew were arriving. She kept us well informed and updated us on any changes. The installation crew were fantastic. They worked long hours with very little breaks if any. They were so efficient and amazed us how well they worked together. We highly recommend the finished product. It’s outstanding! Our only disappointment was the delay in the building. There was a miscommunication regarding the size of our structure so our building took 6 months longer than promised. This is our third garage build with different companies and there are always hiccups that occur, but we are very pleased overall."
