"Came here while visiting my parents in Langley. My car had started smoking out of the blue on my way to town and it appeared to be an oil filter issue. These guys were kind enough to not only check my oil and car on the spot but they gave me a whole bottle of synthetic oil AND changed my oil filter and add more oil FOR FREE! "We got banned from this location this morning because the lady at the front was extremely rude, unknowledgeable, and belittling (yet again). When asking nicely to speak to someone who wasn't absolutely mean, we were told to leave and never come back. After years of business. I highly recommend if you like being talked to like a human being, don't go to Howell's Muffler and Auto. Or at least if you're feeling disrespected by the service just don't ask to speak to anyone else or you run the risk of being banned."
