"Great service. Friendly and reliable, they got us back on the road quickly. Thank you for coming out so late at night!"
"A blown out headlight catches on fire when a unprofessional mechanic works on my truck. The driver stated you took the headlight out and had it in your hand. Your a fraud and make very invalid points. The wires were touching that you played with a few hours before. You lied within the message saying you didn’t touch the light then came back to say it was blown. Never again will you have the opportunity to breathe on my truck and I will be taking this matter further. FRAUDULENT GOOGLE COMPANY!"
"After being connived of $600.00 my 18 wheeler passenger headlight catches on fire not even 12 hours later. The mechanic pulled out the headlight and caused a malfunction which later caused the fire in the headlight terminal. He lied stating he did not touch the headlight, but later changed his word stating the headlight was blown."
"Let me start off by saying I would never use this scamming company again. My driver was experiencing electrical issues headed towards Fort Smith, AR for a delivery. We found Sewell's Roadside on google and assumed this was a legit company. I spoke with Jeremiah Sims, on the phone were he assured me that he could get to the truck in about 50 min or less and that the first two hours would cost me $305 and every hour after that is $100.00. I said thats a bit expensive and he replied it would only take him 10-15 min and I would be squared away so only looking at $305 total cost. Jeremiah, arrives on site an hour later and checked the truck to discover a battery wire was touching. As told by Jeremiah, he fixed the issue and I advised him that I wanted him to retrieve the battery and meet back up with my driver, as he came back through Dyer, AR where he lives to change it out. My cost went from $305 to $450 because of the battery and I was fine with that. Jeremiah then proceeds to get off the phone and text me saying now I need 4 batteries and it will cost me "$920.37" so Im like that is impossible those are brand new batteries that cant be the issue and the truck is back moving so how is it that I need batteries. Jeremiah, said he will try changing the connectors and one battery to see if that works. He trailed my driver and on four separate occasions they stopped while they both were going in the same direction. Jeremiah proceeded to throw prices off the top of HIS head and considered me as a holiday come up. I was charged $600 at this point for a new battery and connectors. I found out per my driver he did not put a new battery in so we called him. Jeremiah, stuttered and said he would give me a refund and cash app back only $75 dollars. I asked for a receipt which most legit diesel mechanic companies have, but I will attach the misspelled made up bogus receipt I received. Jeremiah, spent less than 2 hours driving and repairing my truck and didn't replace any batteries that were so called needed."
"A great service with amazing response time. He is very professional and personable. The man knows his stuff. He had me back on the road in no time. He was my hero for sure. Thanks Mr. J. You saved the day..."
